The Fiji Football Association has not ruled out the possibility of having 90 minute soccer in the three major soccer tournaments from next year.

Only 8 teams will now compete in the Super Premier Division from the next season and in the tournaments each pool will have 4 teams instead of 5.

This will give more time for the matches to be played in 4 and 5 day organized tournaments.

Fiji FA Chief Executive, Bob Kumar said the option is still there to have 90 minute soccer but this will be decided later.

Meanwhile, the last two finishing teams in the National Football League Super Premier Division this season will automatically be demoted to the Premier Division next year.

This was decided during the Fiji Football Association Council meeting yesterday.

The way it looks at the moment on the points table, Tavua and Nasinu will be relegated to the Premier Division next year.
