Nine women are reported to be clinging to a capsized boat and drifting in open seas between Kioa and Rabi Island.
Police Search and Rescue Team are looking for nine women.
Police say the nine women of Tunuloa village went fishing in a fiber glass boat without an engine when the boat capsized and it is reported that the women are now drifting between Kioa and Rabi.
Police have urged mariners and villagers living around the coastal area to keep an eye and report any sighting to maritime surveillance or the police.
