Nine government vehicles were seized over the weekend in the Suva-Nausori corridor for operating without approval after hours.
Finance Ministry Permanent Secretary Filimoni Waqabaca said the vehicle control unit will be filing a report to the Public Service Commission on action to be taken against the civil servants involved.
Waqabaca said the joint operation between police and the military found five vehicles were from the Western Division and four were from the Central Division.
Investigations continue.
