9 Springboks named in Barbarians squad to face Fiji

Nine Springboks have been named in the 23 member Barbarians side that will play the Flying Fijians next month.

The All Blacks and Springboks dominated the side which also includes five Argentineans.

Springbok players like Jean de Villiers, Bismarck du Plessis, Eben Etzebeth, Patrick Lambie and Schalk Burger are in the side while Charles Piutau, Frank Halai, Tom Taylor, TJ Perenara, Keven Mealamu, Steven Luatua, and Luke Whitelock are some of the All Blacks named.

Gavin Williams is the only player from Samoa in the Barbarians team which will be coached by All Blacks mentor Steve Hansen.

The Barbarians play the Flying Fijians on the 1st of next month.

The Flying Fijians will play Romania at 4am this Sunday in their third Europe tour match.
