Eighty percent of Ba is without water supply for the past week.
Residents of Koronubu, Benai, the hilly areas and some areas in Ba town are frustrated. Koronubu resident Praveen Kumar told Village News that they are forced to use other alternatives to find their source of water.
Ba Water supply confirms a pump has broken down and they are waiting for the government to replace the pump.
The Divisional Water Engineer could not be reached for comments.
