The Digicel Fiji 7s team kicks off their defense of the World Games title against Hong Kong in the next hour, and coach Iliesa Tanivula is eyeing a win to lay the platform for the rest of the pool games.

Speaking on IRB.com, Tanivula said he has stressed to his boys not to underestimate Hong Kong, as they are very fast and their game plan will be unpredictable.

Tanivula added that his boys should avoid making long passes as their opponents are very efficient in intercepting passes.

Meanwhile, South Africa Coach Paul Treu is determined to win all their pool games, and is ready to meet the Fijians in the quarters, semis or finals to claim their first ever World Games title.

Fiji meets Hong Kong at 6pm, then they take on Japan at 8:10pm and their last pool game is against Argentina at 10:05pm.
