Digicel Fiji 7's trainer Nacanieli Cawanibuka is confident that 7's sensation William Ryder will be back in his top form at the Hong Kong 7's next weekend.
Cawanibuka has confirmed that they are racing against time in trying to get Ryder back to his best since he arrived in the country for the Marist 7's.
He added that they have a training programme in place for the Wainunu lad to follow to get back into shape before the Hong Kong 7's gets underway next Friday.
Cawanibuka added that while the players are in top form some of the older players are struggling to keep up with the younger boys.
The Fiji 7's captain for Hong Kong and Adelaide will be announced tomorrow at 1pm at the Peninsula hotel in Suva. The Hong Kong 7's will kick-off next Friday.
