Digicel Fiji 7s Team Manager, Jope Tuivanuavou is keeping his fingers crossed that the heavy rain currently being experienced in Hong Kong will not affect the team as they take on England this afternoon.
Speaking from their Marco Polo Hotel, Tuivanuavou said that they have set out a Plan B to follow if the rain continues.
Tuivanuavou added that only hours remain, and right now he is checking the boys playing kit is in order as this is added pressure when things go missing.
Tuivanuavou added there was a case yesterday when one of the boys forgot his boots at the hotel, and he had to run back for it, without any of the boys knowing, as this will only cause them to panic.
Fiji will take on England at 5.47pm.
In other 1/4 finals at 4.41pm South Africa will face Australia, 5.03pm Samoa plays Argentina, at 5.25pm New Zealand up against Kenya.
