The Digicel Fiji 7s team has been drawn in Pool B at the World Games that will be held in Taiwan from next week.

Iliesa Tanivula's side will have to play Hong Kong, Japan and Argentina in the pool stages, and could advance into the knockout stages to defend their title.

Tanivula will announce his final 12 member squad next week. Meanwhile South Africa heads Pool A with the United States, Portugal and Chinese Teipei.

South Africa Coach Paul Treu has retained most of the players that took part in the IRB World 7s Series this season.

The World Games 7s rugby competition will be held on the 24th and 25th of this month.
