Digicel Fiji 7s Coach Alifereti Dere will this week reveal his 15 member team for the World Cup.
Dere said all the players took part in the first training run today and he is satisfied with the players progress and commitment so far.
Dere added it is unfortunate that Waisale Serevi has pulled out due to personal and business commitments but it will not change anything.
Meanwhile, the Fiji men’s and women’s 7s teams preparation received a major boost today for the Rugby World Cup 7s in Moscow as they received $333,000 from the Fiji Sports Commission.
Commission Chairman Peter Mazey said they are more than happy to assist any national side, especially the 7s team.
The 7s Rugby World Cup will be held in Russia from the 28th to the 30th of this month.
