The Digicel Fiji 7s players will have to stick to the game plan, if they are to progress further in the Dubai 7s tournament tonight.

Team manager Jope Tuivanuavou said players failed to follow the game plan set by coach Waisale Serevi as they struggled against Portugal in their second pool match and later lost to England 28-5 despite beating USA 47-12 in the opening pool match.

Tuivanuavou said mistakes cannot be repeated in the knockout stages and the players have been clearly reminded what to expect from the Samoans in the Cup quarterfinal.

He said Serevi had a good talk with the players after all their pool games and things should go well today.
