The seven men, who allegedly brutally raped a Class 8 student in Bua last week, are expected to appear in the Labasa Magistrate’s court today.
This has been confirmed by Police Spokesperson Atunaisa Sokomuri who said they seven have been charged with rape and are expected to appear in court today.
The victim went to spend Christmas at a relative's house in Bua when the alleged incident took place and it is believed all the suspects were under the influence of alcohol at the time.
