Housing Authority Chief Executive Officer said their $6 million dollar housing project currently underway in Wainibuku 9 miles is within the budget.
However, Alipate Naiorosui said some of their housing projects may cost more following the 20% percent devaluation.
Naiorosui adds that they expect the work on the Wainibuku subdivision to end by next year.
More than 200 lots will be available upon the completion of the subdivision.
