A 65 year old man of Olosara, Sigatoka, is now admitted in hospital after he was hit by a vehicle.
Assistant Police Spokesperson, Corporal Suliano Tevita said the victim who was first walking on the side of the road when he suddenly ran across the road resulting in him getting bumped.
The driver has been questioned and released while police investigations continue.
Meanwhile, Police are appealing for any information on stolen number plates FC 246 which belongs to the Deputy Korean Ambassador.
Police say this could be used for unlawful purposes.
