A 65 year old man charged with murder and criminal intimidation appeared in the Navua Court today.
Abdul Aziz is alleged to have hacked a 47-year-old man with a cane knife after an argument on Friday afternoon in Navua.
Aziz has been remanded in custody and the matter has been transferred to the Suva High Court.
The case will be now called on 24th September.
