A 60 year old, mother of three is fighting for her life at her life at the Suva Private Hospital after she was allegedly stabbed inside her shop in Muaniweni on Thursday.
The victim's son who is a school teacher by profession, Amitesh Chandra said they are praying that his mom recovers quickly.
Chandra said his mom was home with the grandchild and their live in house girl, who had gone to the farm when the incident happened.
Chandra said when their house girl returned from the farm, she saw the victim in a pool of blood and raised that alarm.
Meanwhile, Nausori Police are questioning a 38 year old farmer in relation to the case who allegedly entered the shop and stabbed her.
