About 60 unemployed volunteers registered under the National Volunteer Centre will undergo training today that is expected to assist them in securing jobs.
Fiji Council of Social Services project Officer, Neil Maharaj said the "Securing Employment and Positive Mental Attitude" workshop will assist in addressing unemployment in Fiji.
Maharaj said their target groups are those graduates who are unemployed who have the right qualification but lack the basic skills in applying and securing a job.
Maharaj added that they currently have 500 registered volunteers and unemployed people.
The workshop is being held at TPAF Nabua.
