Figures provided by the Fiji Police Force revealed that six children were involved in fatal road accidents this year.
This has once again forced the Fiji Police Force to call on parents to closely monitor their children during the two weeks school holidays following recent reports of children becoming victims of road accidents.
Director Traffic, SSP Mahesh Mishra said parents and guardians should also take their time out to teach their children about road safety.
