A total of $56,000 will be at stake at this year’s Coral Coast 7s, with the winner of the tournament walking home $30,000 richer.
Speaking at the launch at the Warwick Fiji Resort this afternoon, Chairman Jay White confirmed that due to a huge interest shown for the tournament, all cash prizes have been increased by 20%, starting from the quarter finals to the finals.
The Red Rock team is the defending champions as they won $20,000 last year.
The 2011 Coral Coast 7s will be held from November 18-19.
