A 51 year old father of two appeared before Magistrate Alofa Seruvatu at the Nasinu court late yesterday charged with two counts of indecent assault.
The court heard between August 2008 to March 2009 in Nasinu, the man indecently assaulted his two daughters at their home on a number of occasions.
The Court heard that the wife and the accused have been separated for some time when the alleged offence took place.
The case has been adjourned to the 27th of this month for mention and Magistrate Seruvatu is expected to fix a hearing date.
