The five year old child involved in an accident on New Year's eve at Laqere, Nasinu is now in a stable condition.
Kavili Kabisi was travelling in a taxi with his mother and brother heading towards Suva when the taxi hit an island and collided with a four wheel drive.
The driver of the taxi died instantly while Kabisi's mother and brother were treated for their injuries.
The Senior Matron at the CWM Children's Ward confirmed that Kabisi is now in a stable condition.
