Five of the 12 queens were this afternoon given special awards in the lead up to the crowning of Miss South Pacific in the Pageant tonight.
Miss Internet was given to Ms PNG Antonia Singut, Miss People's Choice to Miss Fiji Islands Merewalesi Nailatikau, Miss National Tourism to Miss French Polynesia Aruhoia Biret, Miss Elegance to Miss Paea Wiliams while Miss American Samoa Miss Lorissa Tatautia was awarded Miss Personality and Miss Photogenic.
In the build up to tonight's crowning, the 12 queens have had to go through 6 judging events, the sarong night, the traditional attire night, an interview depending on the questions picked, the talent night, the presentation of a research topic and tonight, five finalists will be asked a question randomly picked.
Miss South Pacific will be crowned tonight at 7.
