Five men are now in Police custody for allegedly murdering a 21-year-old man outside the Nakasi service station late last night.
Acting Chief of Intelligence and Investigations, ACP Luke Navela says they received a report that the 21-year-old man was beating up a service station attendant when the five men intervened to stop the assault at about 9pm.
The five allegedly beat up the 21-year-old man and left him outside the service station.
The man was rushed to the Nausori Health Centre where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The post mortem is expected to be conducted soon.
