Five service stations have been robbed in less than a week in the Southern Division.

The latest one was the Total Service Station in Raiwaqa which was robbed on Saturday night.

Five masked men armed with cane knives and pinchbars walked into the service station located about 100 metres away from Raiwaqa Police Post and threatened the cashier before taking $800 cash and other items.

Robbers then ran way. The hunt continues for the five men.

Four other service stations were robbed in the Southern Division. They are BP Service station Nabua, Supreme Fuel Service station Narere, Mobil Service station located near Superfresh and Kundan Singh Service station.

So far police have only managed to arrest those who were involved in the robbery at Mobil Service station and BP Service station Nabua.

Police are calling for information about the robberies.
