Police have questioned and released 5 people in relation to the vandalism of Acting Chief Justice's official vehicle between Thursday afternoon and Friday morning.

Spokeswoman Ema Mua had confirmed the 5 were questioned by police at Central Police Station (CPS) and were released pending investigations.

According to Mua only 1 out of the 5 who had been questioned works within the court premises.

The Acting Chief Justice Judge Anthony Gates official vehicle, a Holden statesman was parked at the government buildings when someone removed the rear number plate and also shoved a plastic bottle in the muffler.
