Five Nadroga players have forced their way into the 16 member Digicel Fiji Sevens team for the first leg of the IRB World Sevens Series.
Hard hitting Ulaiasi Lawavou, Samisoni Viriviri, Sailosi Rabonaqica, Apisai Domolailai and speed merchant Apisalome Waqatabu have been named by coach Alifereti Dere for the Gold Coast Sevens.
Dere side sees the return of Osea Kolinisau and experienced players from last season like Lepani Botia, Ilai Tinai, Joji Ragamate and Timoci Vakadranu.
Dere is expected to name his final 12 member team next week.
The Gold Coast Sevens kicks off on the 13th of next month.
