A four year old boy is the latest road victim after the minivan he was travelling in was involved in a road accident on the Kings road yesterday.

According to police, the boy was one of the eleven passengers in a minivan which lost control and tumbled.

The boy died instantly while two other male passengers are fighting for their lives at CWM's Intensive Care Unit.

Police said other passengers were treated and sent home with minor injuries.

Police have arrested the 33 year old minivan driver and charges are expected to be laid, once police receive the post mortem result of the deceased which is expected to be conducted next week.

Once again police are urging drivers to be careful on our roads during this long weekend.
