A total of $400, 000 has been set aside by the Interim Government to ensure that they continue to fight smoking.
Ministry of Health Director Doctor Timaima Tuiketei said a decrease has been noted in the numbr of people smoking and factor is the decrease in advertising.
However speaking to Fijivillage news, the ministry's Media liason officer, Vasiti Ritova said the trend is hard for the youths of the country to stop smoking.
