Four teams have confirmed their places in the Suva Invitational 7s, namely Suva One and Ratu Filise who were finalists in Round 1 and Waimanu and Army One who were finalists in Round 2.

The other two local teams will be finalised from Round 3 to be held at Subrail Park in Labasa on January 8th and 9th.

Suva Rugby Union Chairman Vilikesa Rauca is encouraging all the team Managers from the Central and Western Division to try and get their teams across to the North for the last round of competition.

Teams who have already confirmed their participation include USA, Manawatu from New Zealand that is being coached by Gordon Tietjens, including big names like Lote Raikabula and Tomasi Cama Junior, Hong Kong, Western Force, PNG being coached by Waisale Serevi, Samoa, Tonga and the Digicel Fiji 7s team.

The Suva Invitational 7s will be held at the TFL stadium.
