Four players are expected to make their debut for the Vodafone Fiji 7s team in the Paris and London 7s tournaments.

They are Army forward Paula Dranisinukula, Tabadamu rover Samu Bale, Wardens forward Josua Kurinabuli and Uluinakau Babas wing Glen Cakautini.

Osea Kolinisau will captain the side.

Fiji coach Gareth Baber says the four new players have proved themselves and have been learning a lot from the experienced players.

One of the players that he is impressed with is Samu Bale.

The Fiji 7s team will play Samoa in their first game in the Paris 7s at 8pm next Saturday, our second pool game is against Russia at 11.26pm and our final pool match is against Australia at 3.14am next Sunday.

The medal quarter finals will start at 8.28pm next Sunday, the medal semifinals will be played at 12.18am Monday the 15th of May while the medal final will be played at 3.33am Monday.
