Four overseas teams will take part in the Fiji Bitter Marist 7s this weekend at the TFL Stadium.
Marist President, Bill Mar has confirmed that the Samoa Barbarians team which have 6 of the regular IRB 7s series rep in their line-up together with the Japanese team, will be two of the top seeded team.
Mar added that unlike past years where they have increased the number of teams, this weekend they have decided to stick to the 64 teams from the 90 clubs that have shown their interest to be part of their tournament.
The Marist 7s kicks-off on Friday at 9am at the TFL Stadium with the winner walking away with $25,000 dollars.
