Four families in Lautoka have had to vacate their houses as the Kadivuka Bio Security Taskforce has declared the houses as heavily infested by termites.
Taskforce Spokesperson, Rosa Dalituicama said that after a review of the initial report, their field officers have identified a total of 950 houses infested with four heavily infested.
So far, 950 homes, 16 schools and 2,285 trees have been infested with the Bio Security Taskforce field officers dusting the affected trees and buildings with Termitor Dust.
