In the second semifinal, defending champion Ba will play Navua who lost their last pool game to Suva by 1-0.
Ba coach Yogendra Dutt is looking forward to face the Fiji Fact champion and have map out a game plan to win the game.
But, Navua coach Gurjeet Singh said that yesterdays lost to Suva is a wakeup call for his side when they will take on the Men In Black.
The first semifinal between Labasa and Suva at 8.30am and at 10am Ba will take on Navua.
Last night’s results, Labasa beat Lautoka 1-0, Suva edge Navua 1-0, Rewa 1 - Tavua 0 and Ba 3-1 Nadroga.
Meanwhile, Fiji FA officials are currently meeting with the Suva officials who have appealed yesterday's decision on defender Esava Samudere who was shown a red card in the match against Navua.
