National Rugby League clubs Newcastle, Gold Coast and St George Illawarra have publicly highlighted their interest in getting Jarryd Hayne back to the NRL.
The Sydney Roosters remain the favourites to sign the former Parramatta superstar but the Knights, the Titans and the Dragons have said they would like to have the former representative fullback at their clubs.
Storm Football director Frank Ponissi said Melbourne would only be able to sign Hayne if they got him on a cheap deal.
The Dragons became the second NRL club after Newcastle to publicly declare their interest in the former Parramatta superstar.
The Rabbitohs meet the Dragons at 9.50pm tomorrow.
