A 35-year-old man is the latest fatality on our roads following an accident yesterday afternoon.
Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirmed the man was driving towards Denarau when he failed to negotiate a bend and went off the road and hit a tree.
The driver died instantly while a fellow passenger was rushed to the hospital who is now in a stable condition.
According SP Abdul Khan Deputy Director Operations, 148 road accidents have been recorded for last month.
