A 31 year old man was crushed under a ten wheeler truck in Lovu Lautoka at around 6am this morning.
Director Traffic, SSP Mahesh Mishra has confirmed that the deceased who is believed to have been drunk was lying on the road when the truck ran over him.
The 45 year old truck driver who was on his way to Ba from Lautoka is in police custody as police await the post mortem report.
