A three year old boy drowned in Wainikai River in Navua on Friday afternoon.
Assistant Police Spokesperson Sergeant Suliano Tevita said the boy was missing from home and upon search his body was found floating in the river.
Police believe the boy was left unsupervised.
Sergeant Tevita has once again called on parents to always supervise children at home.
