It will be a three-way battle for the position of playmaker for the Digicel Fiji Sevens final 12-member team that will be announced next week for London and Scotland.
The battle will be amongst newly selected players, Waisale Dau from Police, Metusela Talebula from Natabua and Red Rock speedster Peni Gaunimeke.
Coach Josateki Savou said they are closely monitoring these players and only two will be selected for the last leg.
Meanwhile, Waqabaca Kotobalavu and Sailosi Rabo have been dropped due to injury.
The London Sevens tournament will be held from the 21st to the 23rd of this month.
