Three time major PGA champion, Nick Price is coming to Fiji next month to take part in the inaugural Fiji International Golf tournament at Intercontinental Golf Course in Natadola.
Price will add his star power to the field which already includes national hero Vijay Singh, India’s number 1 ranked player Anirban Lahiri and other top golfers in the world.
Fiji International Head of Commercial Matt Porm said the tournament which has the prize money of US$1million will be broadcast to over 400 million people across thirty different countries.
Meanwhile Paradise Beverages has announced today to be the official beer and spirits sponsor of the tournament.
Paradise Beverages Sales and Marketing Manager Rowena Taito said they have been sponsoring golf in Fiji for over 20 years and are proud to be part of this tournament.
The Fiji International will be played at Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course from the 14th to the 17th of next month and will be Fiji’s first internationally broadcast golf tournament.
