Three men charged with murder, robbery with violence and breaking and larceny appeared in the Labasa Court this afternoon.
Inoke Vuetiviti, Jilioni Naitini and Orisi Raogo pleaded not guilty to the charge and they have been remanded in custody till 12th May.
The three are charged for the alleged murder of 49 year old security officer Sheik Mohammad Hassan of Savusavu, who was providing security at a sawmill compound.
Two other people who were arrested in relation to this case have been released and will be used as witnesses.
