Three players will be flying to Singapore tonight to join the All Blacks 7s team.
They are Antonio Kiri Kiri, Josh van Leishout and Isaac Te Aute.
These players have replaced Pita Ahki, Sam Dickson, Tim Mikkelson and Lewis Ormond who are returning to New Zealand because of injury.
DJ Forbes is one of five New Zealand sevens players returning home rather than travelling to Singapore for the next World Series tournament.
The experienced Forbes brought up 79 tournament appearances at Hong Kong at the weekend.
According to a New Zealand Rugby release, he is to return as part of a long‑term conditioning plan to ensure he is in the best possible shape to be in contention for the New Zealand Olympic sevens team.
New Zealand remain second in the series, one point ahead of South Africa and five points behind leaders, Fiji, with three tournaments left in the season; Singapore, Paris and London.
Fiji takes on Samoa at 4.12pm Saturday in their first pool match of the Singapore 7s.
We then take on Portugal at 7.33pm Saturday.
Our last pool match is against England at 11.26pm Saturday.
