Three men charged with the murder of a 28-year-old Krishneel Singh appeared before High court judge, Justice Salesi Temo today.

Salesi Balekivuya, Navitalai Tiritabua and Saimoni Tukana are unrepresented and disclosures were handed to them today by the DPP counsel, Josefa Daurewa.

The case is adjourned as the court has asked that the charges for the three accused persons are to be amalgamated to ensure a single trial.

The case will be called on the 10 June.

The three allegedly attacked Singh with a spade on the 4th of this month at Shalimar Street.

In the process the victim received serious injuries and died later at CWM hospital.
