Labasa Police have taken three men into custody for a shop breaking case in Dreketi over the weekend.
Divisional Crime Officer Northern, ASP Luke Rawalai confirms the three are also facing previous murder and several robberies with violence charges and their case is before the court.
Rawalai confirms the three broke into a shop in Valoca, Dreketi on Sunday night and managed to take groceries valued at $2000.
They are also alleged to have stoned the shop owner's house after the break-in.
Rawalai has raised concern on the bail conditions given to the three, as they have been previously charged with murder and those, moving freely in society will be a threat to the members of public.
