Three children aged 6,9 and 13-years-old died after they were trapped in a house fire last night in Labasa.
Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says the incident occurred at Boca Settlement, Bulileka.
All three were girls.
The house belonged to a 43-year-old man and police say both parents were said to be at work when the fire started.
The fourth child an 11-year-old boy survived and is currently admitted at Labasa Hospital Children's ward with 10% burns.
Police and National Fire Authority are trying to determine the cause of fire.
