There are three changes to the New Zealand 7s team for this weekend’s Hong Kong 7s.
Hurricanes squad member Pita Ahki returns to the team having last played for New Zealand at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014 and Waikato’s Isaac Te Tamaki returns from injury.
Te Tamaki last appeared in the Cape Town Sevens in December last year.
Sonny Bill Williams is also in the team.
New Zealand is drawn in Pool A and will play Samoa, France and Kenya.
Meanwhile, Fiji will take on Canada at 12.06am this Saturday in their first pool match.
