The Wife of a prominent businessman has been charged with two others, for allegedly conspiring to murder her husband.
Divisional Crime Officer Southern, SP Tevita Lesu confirms that they have unraveled a plot to murder the businessman, who is also a former Mayor. He said the alleged plot was to be executed in September last year.
The businessman's 36 year old wife of Nadera, who is alleged to be the mastermind behind the plot, has been charged with two other youths aged 22 and 23 years.
The two youths are loading boys and are from Muanikoso and Nakasi. Police are also hunting for three other suspects implicated in the case.
The three charged are expected to appear in the Magistrates court later today.
