The Fiji National Rugby League has so far received three applications for the vacant Vodafone Fiji Bati coaching job.

This has been confirmed to Fijivillage by FNRL Chairman Reverend Immanuel Reuben.

Reuben said from the three that have applied two were from overseas and they are looking at receiving more applications before they start off with the selection process.

Reuben added they will select two coaches where a local coach will look after the development of the local rugby league players and an overseas coach for the Vodafone Fiji Bati.

Meanwhile, Wise Kativerata and Joe Rabele have shown interest in taking up the post while Petero Civoniceva is highly likely to be the front runner for the job.
