3 appear in court for alleged murder
Tikoisuva informed the High Court that since all the three are alleged to be involved in the same crime but are have been charged separately, it would be best if all the charges were consolidated and the three be called at one time.
High Court Judge, Justice Salesi Temo agreed to the application and has adjourned the matter until the 27th of this month.
The three Salesi Baleivuya, Navitalai Tiritabua and Saimoi Tukana are alleged to have murdered Singh on the 4th of this month at Shalimar street and when 28 year old Singh who had gone to pick up a few tools from his house in Shalimar street.
They are alleged to have attacked him with a spade and a crowbar.
Baleivuya and Tiritabua are charged with five separate counts of damaging property, robbery with violence, murder and resisting arrest, while Tukana has been charged with one count of murder, two counts of attempted robbery and one count of damaging property.
Judge Justice Temo has adjourned the matter until the 27th of May.
