Police are investigating the death of a 3-year-old boy who is believed to have drowned in a swimming pool in Nadi yesterday afternoon.
Police Media Liaison Officer Atu Sokomuri said the boy’s parents were attending a church service at the hotel when the boy went to drink water with some other children.
He said after the church service, the parents started looking for the boy and found his body floating in the swimming pool.
A post mortem will be done today.
