The National Council for Building a Better Fiji, Public Relation team has confirmed that three provincial councils have stopped them from carrying out their consultation process in their areas.
Spokesperson, Joeli Besetimoala said three provinces, including Rewa, Cakaudrove and Namosi have indicated that they will not entertain the NCBBF team in their provinces.
He said the province of Cakaudrove have informed them in a letter that they will not allow the NCBBF team in their area.
